   Registered with the State of Georgia as a Real Property Appraiser in June 2003 and incorporated under Lloyd Appraisal Services, LLC in April 2004. Became state licensed in May 2005, FHA approved in June 2005, then updated license classification to State Certified Residential in March 2007.

Have logged over 7.000 hours of appraisal experience and completed over 1,000 appraisal assignments for vacant land, single family residential, 2-4 multi-family, condos, manufactured housing, FHA, and investment rental income properties.
